Creigiau Church Hall is desperately in need of refurbishment and we are embarking on a programme of improvement works. The Architect's report indicates that we need to raise approximately £45,000 to restore this listed building to its full potential. The Hall is basically sound, but in need of considerable restoration.
   Initially we are setting up a Church Hall Users Committee to undertake clearing out and cleaning up, which we hope will be completed by the end of November. If funds can be raised the bulk of the work recommended by the Architect could be commenced during the summer of 2003.
   To carry this project forward we need people willing to help with raising funds. Do you have any experience with - Grant Applications, Applying for Lottery Funding, Pursuing other sources of funding?
   Do you have any ideas for running fundraising events?
We do realise that people have great demands upon their time, but Creigiau needs a community hall and we need your help.
